• Make arrangements to view a selection of houses/apartments in different locations.

• Continue to escort clients to view properties until an appropriate one that suites the clients' needs is selected.

• Advise clients on the legal ramifications of leasing in Western Australia, its positive aspects and its pitfalls.

• Upon selection of an appropriate home, we will organise a written application to lease, explain to clients the financial part of the lease and what is required of them as the new leasee.

• Once the  application is approved and all conditions are satisfied, then we will work with the client to sign a legally binding Lease Agreement at the Real Estate office with our company as a witness.  

• On move-in day escort the client to their new home to inspect and carry out a Property Condition Report and advise the Real Estate Agent if any minor work needs to be made.

• Arrange to fast track utilities connection and phone and internet service.

• Give clients a list of facilities in the area which include Shopping Centres, Recreation Facilities, Outdoor Sporting Facilities ie football grounds, netball fields, running tracks etc.
